Rev. Fr. Dominic Effiong Umo is a seasoned Catholic priest, educator, and community development advocate with over two decades of experience in pastoral ministry, educational leadership, and social impact. He holds advanced degrees in Theology, Guidance and Counselling, and Educational Administration, with a strong commitment to lifelong learning and innovation.

As the Founder and Executive Director of the Education and Empowerment for the Needy (EEN) Foundation, Fr. Dominic has championed initiatives focused on youth mentorship, skills acquisition, and educational equity. His leadership portfolio includes serving as Executive Secretary of the Catholic

Schools Board in Calabar, Secretary of the Catholic Education Unit at the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, and Vicar General (Pastoral), among other influential roles.

Fr. Dominic combines academic excellence with hands-on expertise in strategic management, project integration, disaster response, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. He is widely respected for his compassionate leadership, dedication to service, and unwavering belief in the transformative power of education and love.

Imaobong Ikoh is a passionate Project Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at EEN Foundation, where she works at the heart of community-focused initiatives to drive impact.

With a passion for translating data into useful information, she makes sure that not only are project executed properly but there’s a means by which their successes are measured.

Imaobong blends her background in research, client relations, and administrative coordination with a deep commitment to social impact to ensuring that she can make a difference in her community and the world at large and that every program is tailored to the requirements of community members and the expectation of donors.

Known for her attention to details, problem-solving ability and kind approach to team work, she brings structure, clarity and warmth to the projects she oversees.

I am a dedicated professional with multifaceted expertise in front desk operations, project co-ordination and office administration. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical skills to every role I take on.

My skill set includes exceptional writing, effective communication, and a knack for hospitality, which allows me to create seamless interactions within and outside the organization. I am also a certified Community Service Provider and hold a certificate in the Art and Science of Communication, further enhancing my ability to connect with people and drive impactful results.

With experience in project execution, logistics management, and day-to-day organizational operations, I ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. From coordinating logistics to running critical errands, I am committed to supporting the organization’s goals with precision and reliability.
