The foundation aims to bridge these gaps by providing scholarships, fostering skills development, empowering women in small-scale businesses, and improving educational infrastructure in disadvantaged areas, with the goal of creating sustainable livelihoods and promoting social inclusion. The Education and Empowerment for the Needy Foundation (EEN Foundation) is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions;
1. Administrative and Communication Officer (Front Desk)
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and managing phone inquiries.
Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and stakeholders
Maintain office filing systems and handle routine correspondence
Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and reports.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Previous front desk or administrative experience is an advantage.
2. Finance/Procurement Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Manage procurement processes, including vendor relations and purchasing materials.
Ensure compliance with organizational and donor financial policies.
Assist in audits and financial monitoring
Requirements:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of procurement practices and financial management
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
2-3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Project Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement projects that align with the foundation vision and mission.
Develop project plans monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders, donors, and beneficiaries to ensure successful project delivery.
Write reports, proposals, and updates for donors and management
Requirements
A degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
Strong project management skills.
Experience working on community projects or in the nonprofit sector is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership quality is an added advantage.
Be able to demonstrate strong sense of team work and advocacy
4. Office Assistant
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Provide general office support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office
Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks as needed.
Run errands and support office logistics.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Proactive and able to work independently.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Be able to demonstrate strong sense of team work and meticulousness
